Dovetail Workwear
Dovetail Workwear, the world’s largest women’s workwear company, introduces the D-Fender Pant, designed to meet the specific needs of women with strong thighs. These pants incorporate CORDURA® Advanced Fabrics, offering durability, flexibility, and comfort.
“We’ve listened to women dealing with the challenges of work pants that don’t hold up in high-wear areas,” said Sara DeLuca, co-founder and VP of Product at Dovetail Workwear. “In response, we enhanced our signature crotch gusset, reinforced high-stress areas, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the women who inspired this design.”
The D-Fender Pant features CORDURA® fabric in eight high-wear zones, including belt loops, pocket edges, and the crotch gusset. In addition to extreme durability, the pants bring a fresh, modern look with color-blocked and textured reinforcements and are treated with water- and stain-resistant finishes. They also offer functionality with 10 well-placed pockets for tools and personal essentials.
Cindy McNaull, Business Development Director at CORDURA® Advanced Fabrics, noted, “Our partnership with Dovetail on the D-Fender Pant reflects our commitment to fabrics that stand up to tough conditions, while maintaining flexibility and comfort – essential qualities for women’s workwear.”
These pants are produced by Pakistan-based Sapphire Finishing Mills, where 90% of the workforce is women, supporting Dovetail’s commitment to female empowerment and sustainable manufacturing.
