CreateMe Technologies, a California-based company advancing automated apparel manufacturing through bonding and robotics, has announced a strategic partnership with Untuckit, the New York menswear brand known for reinventing the classic button-down shirt. Through this collaboration, CreateMe will launch its first commercially available digitally bonded men’s T-shirt with a brand partner.
The T-shirts will be made from premium Supima US cotton, which features extra-long staple fibres to create a fabric that is softer, stronger, and better at retaining colour compared to conventional cotton.
The partnership with Untuckit shows that digitally bonded garments and robotics-based manufacturing are ready for large-scale commercial use. It demonstrates the technology’s ability to meet the quality expectations of a major retail apparel brand.
CreateMe’s Pixel system applies digital adhesives with high precision, offering improved control, flexibility, and responsiveness in garment construction. The technology is positioned as a key enabler for a new generation of adaptive, on-demand apparel manufacturing.
