Coats Group and JACK Technology Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation to develop integrated solutions for small and medium-sized apparel manufacturers in China.

The partnership aims to combine Coats’ thread products, digital technologies, and technical support with JACK’s intelligent sewing systems, technical expertise, and extensive distribution network.

Under the agreement, the offering will include high-performance Coats sewing threads, Coats Digital software solutions, and dedicated technical assistance alongside JACK’s intelligent sewing equipment and automation technologies.

The integrated system is intended to help manufacturers identify and solve shop-floor inefficiencies in real time, improve production productivity, and manage inventory more effectively.
