AstroNova unveils innovative digital printer solutions

YarnsandFibers News Bureau 2023-10-19 16:38:10 – USA

AstroNova Inc., a global supplier of data visualization technologies, has unveiled a range of new digital printer solutions under its QuickLabel® and TrojanLabel® product brands.

The T2-PRO is the latest addition to the TrojanLabel brand of compact digital label presses. It uses Memjet's Duraflex technology to provide high-quality printing with a wide print width of 12.75 inches and a resolution of 1600x1600 dpi. Its compact design makes it suitable for various print shops and label converters, and it can handle industrial-size label rolls.

The T3-PRO is a compact CMYK digital print module for OEMs looking to integrate a print station into conveyors for full-color digital printing solutions in segments like envelopes, corrugated materials, and paperboard. It uses Memjet's DuraFlex inkjet technology to achieve wide full-color printing at high speeds.

The VF-280 is a high-speed commercial vacuum friction feeder designed to handle various materials. When integrated with the TrojanLabel T3-OPX, it becomes a direct-to-package post-printing system, allowing high-quality full-color printing directly onto materials with ink-receptive surfaces.

AstroNova offers a range of digital label printers, compact presses, and direct-to-package printing equipment under its QuickLabel and TrojanLabel brands. They also provide label materials through their GetLabels® brand and custom design and manufacturing solutions for envelope and label printer brands in the printing industry.
