Archroma x Lameirinho
Archroma, a global supplier of specialty chemicals, and Lameirinho, a home textiles manufacturer based in Portugal, are working together to bring InOneGO by Archroma, a new single-step dyeing process, into commercial production. Lameirinho’s first bedlinen collection made using InOneGO is now available worldwide.
Developed for woven cellulosic textiles, including denim, fashion fabrics and home textiles, InOneGO is compatible with Archroma’s sulfur dye technologies. These include the DIRESUL RDT range of pre-reduced, low-sulfur liquid dyes, along with the biomass-based EarthColors and FiberColors sulfur dyes.
The combination provides mills and brands with a lower-impact method for creating washed-down effects while maintaining colour fastness and a broad range of shades, from earthy tones and deep blues to dark blacks.
Environmental assessments using Archroma’s ONE WAY Impact Calculator indicate significant environmental benefits when InOneGO is used with DIRESUL RDT on woven fabrics, including denim and jacquard. The tests also included an easy wash-down effect finish and compared the process with conventional cold pad-batch reactive dyeing combined with a pigment top-dye finish.
