Heberlein, a leading name in air interlacing and air texturing jets, is set to showcase its latest range of components at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025. These new innovations aim to help filament yarn producers achieve higher quality standards, optimize processes, and reduce energy use.
After their successful debut at ITMA 2023, the APe series has now been expanded with new versions tailored for polyamide yarns with fine titres. These compact jets can deliver over 200 knots per metre, ensuring top-level performance and efficiency. They also help reduce energy consumption and lower compressed air use, supporting the industry’s sustainability goals without sacrificing yarn quality.
Heberlein will also present its latest air splicing solutions. The newly introduced AirSplicer-Basix has been designed for technical yarns such as aramid, glass, and carbon. With its simplified blow chamber design, the device allows easy yarn insertion, splicing, and removal. It also offers adjustable splice strength and connection points, making it a practical and efficient choice for technical yarn applications.
