The pearl ball machine adopts automatic operation & frequency conversion technology, which can process raw cotton into pearl ball. The outputs are equal size granules with soft touching and good flexibility. Work procedure: connect fiber carding machine; the machine starts working; put raw cotton into conveyer belt; several seconds after the raw cotton come into the machine, put the carded cotton into pearl ball machine, while the conveyer belt and fiber carding machine stop working. The pearl ball machine will immediately work when the carded cotton go into the machine; then it become pearl ball after 15-30 minutes; then the pearl ball machine stops working and the fiber feeding machine starts working; after a few seconds, it will put the pearl ball into the bags; and the above procedures are automatically and auto circularly carried out by the machine. (It can also directly process raw cotton into pearl ball in the pearl ball machine without through fiber carding machine).
