Corrotech’s acid abatement system is based on enclosing the pretreatment area in a separate room. The enclosed room separates the process area where acid fumes are generated from the surrounding due to pickling process.

Arvind Corrotech acid fume extraction systems are designed to remove and purify the acid fumes from multiple pickling tanks that are connected to a wet scrubber to absorb toxic particles from the air streams using water to scrub the air.

Corrotech zinc fume complies with local and global environmental regulations, pollution control norms, ISO limit values and OSHA. Our system is approved and appreciated by all government pollution control boards.

Arvind Corrotech design zinc fume enclosure system of two types – a fixed fume enclosure over the furnace and a crane mounted enclosure that travels with the overhead crane. We design fume enclosure with an extraction efficiency of close to 95%.

Corrotech supplies most efficient flux heating system that uses the technology of heat recovery systems using quenching water. For larger applications we design auxiliary system to generate hot water for heating the flux.
