YiwuTex successfully concludes

The 19th China Yiwu International Trade Fair for Textile and Garment Industry (YiwuTex 2018) has successfully concluded on 19 May 2018 at the Yiwu International Expo Centre, Zhejiang, China. The one-stop sourcing and information fair is co-organised by Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., Yiwu China Commodity City Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Jinhua Printing Industrial Association. Under the theme of “Smart Manufacturing‧ Green Innovation”, the 3-day fair has demonstrated a diversity of advanced machinery, technologies and products, stretching over upstream and downstream across textiles, knitting, garments and printing in the entire industry. It aims at promoting innovative advancement and sustainable development of the textile industry, as well as helping enterprises identify suitable business partners to achieve higher productivity and effectiveness.

A Fair Highly Acclaimed by the Textile Industry -Manufacturers and suppliers from various places have gathered in YiwuTex 2018 covering an area of over 14,500 sq.m., including Chemtax, LGL, BTSR, Groz-Beckert, Memminger-Iro, Kern-Liebers, ALOME, etc. In addition, the fair has attracted more than 8,604 visitor attendance from 42 countries and regions. Among them 5% are from overseas, including India, Thailand, North Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Turkey, Pakistan and Uzbekistan, etc. A total of 34 delegations formed by associations and local renowned enterprises have attended the fair, including Langsha Group, Yongchun Technology, Huading Group, Ju Xin Dyeing and Finishing, and Yong Le Accessories. Around 90% of the visitors are satisfied with the exhibition’s performance, 87% of them are impressed by the high quality of the exhibits. Compliments from exhibitors and visitors have recognized the professionalism and business value of YiwuTex 2018.

Advanced Smart Machinery and Technologies in Four Thematic Zones -Exhibits are systematically divided into four thematic zones in YiwuTex 2018 according to different textile production areas, “Knitting and Hosiery Machinery Zone” has showcased seamless underwear, knitting and hosiery machinery. Cutting, laser, CAD/CAM systems, webbing zipper forming machines and trademark printing machines have been shown in the “Sewing and Automatic Garment Machinery Zone”, while the “Textile Printing Industry Zone” has gathered printing equipment, materials and related software. There are yarn, textile fabric, cloth and knitting home textile in the “Knitting Products Zone”. Exhibitors have exerted great efforts in introducing the advanced designs, innovative technologies and smart machinery to textile and garment enterprises. In the fair, exhibitors and visitors join hands to identify high productive yet low cost solutions, in order to achieve business upgrade and sustainable development.

Market News and Networking Chances in Professional Conferences -A series of conferences and events have been organized in YiwuTex 2018 to help enterprises implement energy saving, digital production and sustainable development, including “New Production Trend Seminar”, “Brands Talk: Hosiery and Seamless Apparel”, “Textile Printing Trend Summit Forum – Yiwu Station” and “Private Sourcing Event”. Overwhelming responses have been received in the events, where industry experts and representatives from well-known brands shared their insights and analysis about hot topics of industry 4.0 and smart machinery with the audience.
