Yanpai orders needlepunch lines from Andritz

Zhejiang Yanpai Filter Technology has placed a new order with Andritz for two additional high-performance needlepunch production lines. This latest purchase reflects Yanpai’s continued investment in advanced manufacturing technology. The new equipment will be installed at Yanpai’s main facility in Tiantai County, China. The commissioning of the lines is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

The Andritz supply includes a double-doser opening system, along with a card and a crosslapper equipped with an integrated ProWid system. This setup ensures improved uniformity in web weight. The compact design of the lines allows for high production output while fitting smoothly into Yanpai’s existing needlepunch production workshop.

Commenting on the investment, Yanpai Vice-Chairman Chen Ping said that the addition of the two new lines reflects the company’s trust in Andritz technology and support. He added that the equipment will help Yanpai expand into new industrial markets while maintaining consistent product quality.
