World’s first fully vegan showroom ‘Vegan fashion Library’ by Vegan fashion week

“Vegan Fashion Library”, the first permanent vegan multi-brand showroom is launched by Vegan Fashion Week in downtown Los Angeles. This platform is centered around the concept of supporting ethical fashion designers along with showcasing the most innovative materials available including pineapple leather, apple, and cactus.

Along with the showroom, as a premium shopping destination, the ethical platform has also launched an online boutique for fashion-savvy consumers looking for a globally curated selection of vegan designers.

Designers included in the multi-brand vegan showroom are Sylven New York- the ethical luxury footwear brand creating shoes using Apple Leather; Bohema- the first Polish streetwear brand creating footwear from 100% vegan materials including pineapple, apple leathers, DESSERTO Cactus Leather; Cocodrilo- a P.E.T.A certified, woman-owned vegan brand of elegant, versatile, and sophisticated accessories.

Enda New York, Benedetti Life, Julien Esteves Berthier, and The Sweet TraveLife are the other few designers who will showcase their collection in the showroom.

Kapok Knot, a Japan-based handmade vegan farm-to-fashion brand has also collaborated in the Vegan Fashion Week to launch a fashion-forward vegan kimono-style jacket, the Haori, with performance warmth and eco-solutions. Each jacket saves the feathers of approximately 30 geese by substituting traditional down for plant-based insulation. A portion of these proceeds will be donated to animal rights organizations.

The world’s leading ethical fashion movement- Vegan Fashion Week™ was founded in 2019 by creative director and ethical fashion expert Emmanuelle Rienda. The unique message and counter-cultural philosophy behind this concept highlight leading innovators in fashion, lifestyle, and intersectionality. Using its concept and global impact, Vegan Fashion Week is looking to disrupt the status quo and pave the way by syncing sustainability and ethics in the fashion world.
