World Emblem unveils 3D Foam Direct embroidery

World Emblem, the leading global manufacturer of emblems and patches, has unveiled its newest offering, 3D Foam Direct Embroidery. This product adds a raised, textured effect to headwear, giving designs a bold, three-dimensional look.

Expanding on the success of its Direct Embroidery line, this new version uses durable, colorfast polyester threads to create high-quality, textured embroidery. The result is a more eye-catching finish that’s ideal for branding across corporate gifts, fashion items, and uniforms.

“Our premium embroidery solutions take headwear to the next level, while offering flexible fulfillment options,” said Randy Carr, CEO of World Emblem. “The 3D Foam Direct Embroidery delivers a standout, premium appearance that helps products truly get noticed.”

Customers have the option to send in their own hats for decoration and either receive them back or let World Emblem handle fulfillment. They can also buy blank caps from distributors like S\&S Activewear and select World Emblem as the decorating partner.
