Thermore launches next-gen recycled insulation

Thermore, a global leader in thermal insulation for apparel, has unveiled Thermore Freedom, an innovative insulation designed to set new standards in comfort, flexibility, and sustainability. Created to move naturally with the body, Thermore Freedom provides lightweight, flexible warmth and represents a modern evolution in performance materials.

Thermore Freedom is developed with advanced technology and environmental responsibility in mind and is made from 100% recycled fibers, sourced not only from PET bottles but also from reclaimed materials found in electronic components such as plugs, connectors, and cables.

One of the key features is micro-gaps in inner structure that allow the insulation to follow body movement naturally and return to its original shape afterward. This ensures a warm, unrestricted feel that stays elastic and voluminous even after extended wear.

With a patented fiber control technology that prevents fiber migration, the insulation maintains lasting stability and performance. It’s easy to care for and is known for its soft touch, lightweight feel, and excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for both technical outerwear and everyday lifestyle garments.
