TEA likely to set up 10 units in proposed Warangal textile park

Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao during his visit to Tiruvuru and Palladam Textile parks in Tamil Nadu met Tiruvuru Exporters Association (TEA) representatives and explained about the handloom policies of Telangana Governament and the proposed mega textile park in Warangal.

The Minister appreciated the initiatives and planning of TEA and invited their representatives to visit the Warangal Textile Park and assured them that Telangana government would allocate a separate block for TEA officials in the Warangal Textile Park. He spoke to TEA employees and enquired about the facilities extended to them.

The Tiruvuru Exporters Association (TEA) has agreed to set up 10 units in the proposed mega Textile Park in Warangal.

The Minister also met Industrialists and gathered more information about the measures taken for developing the Textile industries in the clusters.

The minister also enquired about incentives to handloom and powerloom workers and industries in the state of Tamilnadu.
