Sappi, a packaging and a paper company has successfully completed its sustainable performance measurement for dissolving Verve a pulp brand.
Sappi is on board with the sustainability drive through the textile value chain by its Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) membership by using the Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) tool.
The current pandemic crisis has restrained the company from conducting on-site verification processes. The members of SAC are invited to connect by the Higg portal to view the results and connect with the brand for further queries.
The High Index suit of tools developed High FEM by Sac to facilitate the apparel industry to measure their sustainability performance.
In February 2019 Sappi joined SAC and has remained a mommies partner of the organization and have participated in many of the SAC events and have been an integral part of many discussions regarding the enhancement of the tools offered.
