An exhibition ‘Dhoop Chaon’ was organized by Rehwa in the city by presenting their collections of Maheshwari saris, duppatas and fabric with an aim of reviving and promoting weaving tradition of Maheshwar. Rehwa society, a quarter-century old Not-for -Profit organization started in 1979 , in response to the need to revitalize the weaving industry in Maheshwar.
