Regen-Tech Fashion to showcase innovative knit fabrics

Regen-Tech Fashion will showcase its latest knit fabric developments at Intertextile Shanghai, taking place from August 25–27. The collection features fabrics made with TENCEL Lyocell and Merino wool, along with linen and cashmere blends, targeting next-to-skin essentials, lightweight layering, soft activewear and contemporary casualwear.

The fabrics combine TENCEL Lyocell A100, known for its smooth handfeel, clean surface and strong colour expression, with fine 18.5-micron Australian Merino wool, which provides softness, warmth and next-to-skin comfort. The combination is designed to deliver a balance of drape, breathability, moisture management and thermal comfort.

The linen collection includes cotton-linen and TENCEL™ Lyocell A100/linen blends. These constructions combine linen’s natural matte appearance and subtle slub texture with a softer and smoother handfeel. Some fabrics incorporate French-sourced linen, while the blended constructions are designed to improve drape, comfort and shape stability compared with conventional 100 percent linen fabrics.

The fabrics are intended for next-to-skin tops, fitted and relaxed layering garments, loungewear and soft activewear. Their versatility allows them to be used across studio-to-street looks, pre- and post-workout layers, travel clothing and everyday apparel.

Regen-Tech Fashion’s cashmere series combines Modal, Merino wool and cashmere to create a soft, smooth and refined handfeel. The three fibres are carefully balanced to provide much of the tactile appeal associated with cashmere while helping manage material costs and maintain the stability needed for larger-scale production.
