Yarns
The simultaneous dual measurement by PRISMA is one of the highly accurate ways of detecting basic faults in yarn quality control. This is going to reduce waste and energy consumption in the spinning mills.
The coordination between PRISMA’s optical infrared and mass sensors gives an effective output. Both the fault detection and cut execution are easily identified using this technology. Factors like type of fault, length of the fault, raw material, and even hairiness are taken into consideration to detect faults.
By using the combined signals, spinners can be confident that any faults in the yarn will be detected. The sensors and software take into account factors like the raw material used, the type and length of the fault, and how hairy the yarn is. PRISMA also has a special feature called NSLT Cluster that can detect irregular accumulations and periodic faults. Overall, PRISMA helps ensure that the yarn produced meets high-quality standards and is free from defects.
This innovative technology is highly user-friendly. The user is not required to figure out how to combine the two sensors, which makes it easy-to-use. The smart functionality of the PRISMA clearer system guarantees an optimal setup is always achieved.
