Nudie Jeans partners with ACS to offer repair service

Swedish denim brand Nudie Jeans, has teamed with a leading circular fashion hub in the UK, Advanced Clothing Solutions (ACS), to offer the brand a remote repair solution that directly helps the staff at Nudie Jeans Repair Shops.

Every pair of Nudie Jeans, which are made from 100% organic cotton, is guaranteed to come with free repairs, and ACS is now enabling consumers to retain their jeans for longer by providing specialized maintenance from its team of tailors.

Ben Lundberg, supply chain manager at Nudie Jeans, said that they are particularly excited to join with ACS, a company that shares their vision for sustainable design and that has both the ability and knowledge to repair their customers’ treasured jeans to the high standard that they aspire for.

Lundberg added that this partnership allows them to strengthen their commitment to providing free repairs forever by increasing the number of high-quality repairs they can provide, hopefully lowering the threshold for their customers to keep their favorite pair in rotation for longer before trading them in to receive their reuse discount and embark on a new journey.

Chris Mooney, Chief Revenue Officer at ACS Clothing, said that keeping fashion fabrics in circulation for longer is the backbone of what they do at ACS, and their partnership with Nudie Jeans is a wonderful illustration of sustainable fashion in action.

Mooney added that their team of knowledgeable warranty repair experts are experts in rejuvenating textiles, from damaged “non-usable” returns to used items that can be restored to like-new condition. Their area of expertise at ACS is extending the life of textiles, which ultimately prevents fashion waste from going to the landfill and gives brands and retailers a new source of income.
