Jeanologia
At ITMA Asia 2025 in Singapore, Jeanologia, a global leader in sustainable textile technology, is presenting the powerful combination of its Laser and G2 Ozone technologies, a duo that removes the need for water, chemicals, and manual labor in textile finishing while maintaining exceptional quality and authenticity.
At the heart of Jeanologia’s presentation is the Compact Super Flash, its flagship laser system and the highlight of live demonstrations at the company’s booth during ITMA Asia 2025. Visitors will get to see the system’s exceptional quality, precision, and realistic finishing effects, as well as the speed and simplicity of marking made possible through its advanced technology.
The demonstrations show how Jeanologia’s laser technology brings together creativity, sustainability, and worker safety by removing the need for manual scraping, PP spray, or hand-finishing. The automated process not only improves productivity but also delivers the best cost per garment through digital efficiency.
Working in perfect sync with the laser system, G2 Ozone transforms the traditional denim washing process by replacing water-based methods with innovative “air washers” powered by ozone and controlled humidity. This technology allows the creation of various shades, from deep indigo to light baby blue, and authentic vintage looks without using water, chemicals, or pumice stones. The result is a highly efficient, eco-friendly washing process that significantly cuts down both environmental impact and production costs.
