Hologenix, Dream Recovery launch infrared weighted blanket

Hologenix, LLC, the developer of CELLIANT infrared technology, has partnered with sleep and wellness brand Dream Recovery to introduce the Infrared Weighted Recovery Blanket, a product designed to combine deep pressure stimulation with infrared textile technology to support sleep quality and physical recovery.

The collaboration brings together two complementary approaches to restorative sleep. While Dream Recovery focuses on products that promote relaxation and recovery through sleep science, Hologenix contributes its CELLIANT infrared technology, which is designed to recycle the body’s natural heat into infrared energy that may support circulation and cellular oxygenation during rest.

What differentiates the new blanket from conventional weighted blankets is the incorporation of CELLIANT infrared technology into the textile itself. According to Hologenix, the mineral-based technology captures the body’s emitted heat and converts it into full-spectrum infrared energy, which is then reflected back to the body. The company says peer-reviewed studies have shown this process can help promote local circulation, improve tissue oxygenation, and support thermoregulation, contributing to the body’s natural recovery processes during sleep.

The blanket also features a woven construction intended to improve airflow and temperature regulation, addressing one of the most common drawbacks of traditional weighted blankets, heat retention. By enhancing breathability, the design aims to provide the calming benefits of deep pressure stimulation without causing users to overheat during extended use.

The product has been developed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, busy professionals, and consumers seeking to optimize recovery through improved sleep. By combining passive relaxation with infrared textile technology, the blanket is intended to transform sleep into a more active recovery period.
