Luxury resale platform, Hardly Ever Worn It, best known as HEWI, has launched a new platform honoring luxury houses and intending to continue driving a circular fashion system.
The internet shopping experience for pre-loved luxury products aims to combine the brand’s style expertise and personalized customer care on a single platform.
Tatiana Wolter-Ferguson, company’s CEO, said that they can actually do luxury justice. Over the past nine years, they have built an incredible customer base, and the evolution of their brand has now enabled them to deliver a digital platform on which they can continue to build and grow. Customers will stick with you if they receive that quality of service and product.
The resale platform intends to prioritize expert curation and customer care for both buyers and sellers, as well as high-profile relationships like British Vogue and Sotheby’s.
In addition to the platform launch, HEWI has appointed Rachel Reavley, a Net-a-Porter veteran, to its board of directors. Reavley commented on the present widespread acceptance of circular fashion, adding that heritage brands continue to be extremely aspirational in this arena.
Tatiana added that HEWI has premium fashion in its DNA and is a tremendous gateway for consumers and companies alike. She believes that reselling will happen quickly. The customer will go to resale before they get to the primary market in the future of retail.
