Florsheim and Psudo launch sustainable footwear collection

Florsheim and Psudo have unveiled their new seven-piece capsule footwear collection, blending traditional design with sustainability to attract new audiences. The collection boasts strong sustainability credentials, with each pair being machine washable and saving 7.2 single-use plastic bottles from landfills and oceans.

John Florsheim, President and COO of Weyco Group Incorporated, emphasized the collaboration’s importance in engaging with new audiences. “Partnering with Psudo has been a fantastic journey,” he said, highlighting the joy of learning about sustainable footwear technology from a passionate team.

Psudo founder Michel Rich expressed excitement about the partnership with the iconic American heritage brand. He believes the collaboration will be rewarding and inspiring for both brands. The footwear line was produced at the Psudo factory in Los Angeles using U.S.-sourced materials.
