Burmatex launches innovative Snowfall carpet tiles

Burmatex has introduced Snowfall, a revolutionary carpet tile that combines cutting-edge design with eco-consciousness. Using Thrive matter yarn by Universal Fibers, the world’s first carbon-negative recycled yarn, Snowfall draws inspiration from the delicate, flowing patterns created by snowfall, offering a fresh approach to sustainable interiors.

Thrive matter is recognized globally as the most environmentally responsible solution-dyed, high-performance nylon fiber. Paired with Burmatex’s BioBase recycled backing, the Snowfall carpet tile is a carbon-neutral product, setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly interior solutions.

Snowfall comes in a versatile palette of 16 carefully curated shades, ranging from neutral tones and modern greens to radiant peaches and icy blues. These shades are inspired by the beauty of winter landscapes, making them perfect for contemporary workspaces that balance style with functionality.

Anna Plumb, Vice President of European Sales and Marketing at Universal Fibers, emphasized the collaborative effort: “Snowfall showcases the power of close partnerships. Combining our yarn expertise with Burmatex’s design vision has allowed us to deliver a sustainable product that excels in design and performance, while lowering embodied carbon.”
