When making such products, it is necessary to consider that the black corundum is a flexible wear-resistant material. The particle size can be slightly coarser than the original abrasive, and the proportion of the black corundum abrasive in the products can be increased as much as possible to increase the durability of the products. Black corundum abrasives are traditionally used for surface treatment of various workpieces, especially for stainless steel polishing. Carbon material is a reducing agent for smelting brown corundum and other abrasives. The selection of carbon materials is not very strict in abrasive smelting such as brown corundum. There are many kinds of carbon materials, and there are differences in reaction ability between them. However, the smelting time of brown corundum abrasive is long, so all kinds of carbon materials with reaction ability are basically available. The particle size of carbon material should correspond to the capacity of electric furnace, but it is not sensitive. The addition of sawdust in the reaction material will reduce the stacking density of the furnace material and be harmful to the production, but the problem does not exist in the heat preservation material, so the heat preservation material can add more sawdust than the reaction material to increase the air permeability of the furnace material. Because the gas flow direction in the furnace is from bottom to top, and there are more gases in the upper part, more sawdust should be added in the upper part than in the lower part. If the grain size of silica sand is larger, the pore size of the charge is larger and the permeability is better, so the wood chips are less than if the fine-grained silica sand is used. Black corundum is mainly used for free grinding. Black corundum is made of high-quality bauxite as the main raw material, and it is made by smelting in an electric arc furnace at high temperature with little reducing agent. Strong self-sharpness, low heat generation during grinding, high cleanliness of polished workpieces, concentrated black corundum abrasive, strong cutting force, high toughness, rigidity and flexibility, good wear resistance, and high work efficiency. There are many types of artificial corundum, and each alumina contains bauxite. The function of bauxite is to contain a lot of minerals. It has the characteristics of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, and low thermal conductivity. The content of bauxite added to brown corundum is insoluble in water and has good shock resistance. The nodule consists of powdered synthetic diamond hot-pressed and sintered onto a thin steel plate. The reason is that Na20 is released at high temperature and reacts with CaO and SiO2 in the steel slag to form a glass film on the working surface to prevent graphite oxidation and intrusion of slag components and the deposition of A1203 in molten steel. Fused alumina is mainly used in the abrasives industry and the refractory industry. Electrofusion R-corundum is mainly used in glass industry kilns. Although fused mullite and fused spinel are also refractory frits, they are synthetic raw materials. |
