Grinding materials of Clirik ultrafine grinding mill:
The purpose of the Ultrafine Mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, carbon black, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment, up to 200 kinds. The granularity (or final size) of the finished products can be freely adjusted between 325-3000meshes (0.045-0.0057mm), and the capacity (ton/hour) ranges from 0.4T/H to 7.5T/H depending on the final size and the grinding materials.
Main Components of HGM series ultrafine grinding mills:
HGM series ultrafine mill mainly consists of main unit, classifier, dust cleaner, powder collector, blower, muffler, hammer crusher (can be replaced by jaw crusher), bucket elevator, sound-proof room, storage hopper, vibrating feeder and so on.
Working Principle of Clirik Ultrafine grinding Mill:
After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials are crushed into small ones and sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.

Syenite Basics
Syenite is a coarse-grained intrusive igneous rock of the same general composition as granite but with the quartz either absent or present in relatively small amounts (<5%).
Syenites are usually peralkaline and peraluminous, with high proportions of alkali elements and aluminium. The feldspar component of syenite is predominantly alkaline in character (usually orthoclase) . Plagioclase feldspars may be present in small quantities, less than 10%.
Syenites are formed from alkaline igneous activity, generally formed in thick continental crustal areas, or in Cordilleran subduction zones. To produce a syenite, it is necessary to melt a granitic or igneous protolith to a fairly low degree of partial melting. This is required because potassium is an incompatible element and tends to enter a melt first, whereas higher degrees of partial melting will liberate more calcium and sodium, which produce plagioclase, and hence a granite, adamellite or tonalite.
Syenite Application
The use of syenite under the sub-grain size: small grains may be polished or carved, as a decorative plate or works of art; medium-grained commonly used in the construction of piers, arch, dams, ports, Le foot, base, pavement etc.; grain thick rolled into rubble, is the fine aggregate concrete. Working principle of gypsum grinding mill:
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. Syenite is a coarse-grained intrusive igneous rock of the same general composition as granite but with the quartz either absent or present in relatively small amounts (<5%).
Syenites are usually peralkaline and peraluminous, with high proportions of alkali elements and aluminium. The feldspar component of syenite is predominantly alkaline in character (usually orthoclase) . Plagioclase feldspars may be present in small quantities, less than 10%.
Syenites are formed from alkaline igneous activity, generally formed in thick continental crustal areas, or in Cordilleran subduction zones. Brief introduction about Nepheline:
Nepheline crystals are rare and belong to the hexagonal system, usually having the form of a short, six-sided prism terminated by the basal plane. It is found in compact, granular aggregates, and can be white, yellow, gray, green, or even reddish. The hardness is 5.5 - 6, and the specific gravity 2.56 - 2.66. It is often translucent with a greasy luster.
The low index of refraction and the feeble double refraction in nepheline are nearly the same as in quartz; but since in nepheline the sign of the double refraction is negative, while in quartz it is positive, the two minerals are readily distinguished under the microscope. An important determinative character of nepheline is the ease with which it is decomposed by hydrochloric acid, with separation of gelatinous silica (which may be readily stained by coloring matters) and cubes of salt. For this reason, a clear crystal of nepheline becomes cloudy when immersed in acid.
The mineral is one especially liable to alteration, and in the laboratory various substitution products of nepheline have been prepared. In nature it is frequently altered to zeolites (especially natrolite), sodalite, kaolin, or compact muscovite. Gieseckite and liebenerite are pseudomorphs.
Two varieties of nepheline are distinguished, differing in their external appearance and in their mode of occurrence, being analogous in these respects to sanidine and common orthoclase respectively. Glassy nepheline has the form of small, colorless, transparent crystals and grains with a vitreous luster. It is characteristic of the later volcanic rocks rich in alkalis, such as phonolite, nepheline-basalt, leucite basalt, etc., and also of certain dike-rocks, such as tinguaite. The best crystals occur with mica, sanidine, garnet, etc., in the crystal-lined cavities of the ejected blocks of Monte Somma, Vesuvius. The other variety, known as elaeolite, occurs as large, rough crystals, or more often as irregular masses, which have a greasy luster and are opaque, or at most translucent, with a reddish, greenish, brownish or grey color. It forms an essential constituent of certain alkaline plutonic rocks of the nepheline syenite series, which are typically developed in southern Norway.

Raymond Mill Repair and Maintenance
1. During the application of our Raymond mill, some personnel shall be arranged to take responsibility of management from beginning to end. Working principle of vertical roller mill: After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, edge of then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers. The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the air flow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall an exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end. Features of vertical roller mill 1. High efficiency Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, the capacity of micro powder grinding mill is twice as much as jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill. 2. Long lifecycle of spare parts The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finish special size, the lifecycle of spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3times longer than impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate. 3. High safety and reliability As no rolling bearings or screws in grinding cavity, there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components. 4. High fineness and flexible adjustment The final fineness of the grinding materials can be adjusted between 325 meshes and 3000 meshes, and the product fineness can reach D97≦5um. 5. Environment-friendly The application of pulse deduster and muffler greatly alleviates dust pollution and noise.
