| Company Profile | Dear our value customers, We would like to introduce our Hoatho Spinning Company, one member of Hoatho Textile-Garment Joint-Stock Corporation in Danang, Vietnam as a professionally managed spinning manufacturer since 1962. We are operating 02 spinning factories with total 57,000 complete spindles. The quality management system ISO 9001:2000 was certificated by SGS-Switzerland. The SA 8000 (Social Accountability) compliance and security programs have been strictly applied in all companies/factories to provide our employees with a fair, healthy and safety working condition. We have fully checked the yarn quality by Uster Tester 4. Our scope of activities: We, Hoatho Spinning, are specializing in manufactering, trading, exporting varieties of yarns & importing the polyester staple fiber, raw cotton, spinning equipments and spare parts. Factory and Products: We have 2 spinning factories with more than 700 workers. SPINNING FACTORY No. 1 The factory was firstly established in 1962 and re-invested in 2002. It has 32,000 complete spindles made by Japan, Germany, Italy and China. * Major product: 100% spun polyester * Range of yarn counts: Ne 20/1, 28/1, 30/1 and 40/1 * Applied for: knitting, weaving, sewing thread making * Total employees : 490 people * Workshop area : 11,000 m2 * Annual output : Appro. 4,500 MT/year * Major market : Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Domestic * Market share : 70% capacity for domestic & 30% for overseas SPINNING FACTORY No. 2 The factory had just built and put in operation in Dec. 2008. It has 20,000 complete spindles with 100% brand-new equipment made by Japan, Germany and China. It will be expected to produce high quality TC yarns. * Major product: TC (65:35) combed yarns ; TC (52:48) combed yarns; CVC (60:40) combed yarns * Range of yarn counts: Ne 20/1, 26/1, 28/1, 30/1, 40/1 * Applied for: knitting and weaving * Total employees : 210 people * Workshop area : 11,000 m2 * Annual output : Appro. 3,000 MT/year * Major market : Asia, Egypt, Turkey, Brazil and Domestic * Market share : 70% capacity for overseas & 30% for domestic market.
