      Caprolactum

Caprolactum prices continued to rise in China and Europe in the week of 11 August supported by rising upstream raw material prices. Bullish sentiments prevail in the market. Caprolactum in Far East Asia and South East Asia surged by US$120 a ton to close at US$2,170-2,180 a ton CFR in the week of 11 August. . In North East Asia, it was quoted at US$2,120-2,150 a ton, a US$90 a ton higher than last week's close. In China, prices rose by about US$75 a ton in the week of 11August.
