Ethylene

Asian ethylene prices were in the range of US$1,075-1,145 per ton CFR NE Asia during the week ending 3 February. A deal at US$1,070-1,080 per ton was heard for small cargo sold into northeast Asia for end-February/early March delivery. In Europe, ethylene spot was quiet, with no deals heard. However, ideas were firming in a balanced-to-tight market.
