CAP Carpet, a longtime business based in Wichita, owns Aircraft Interior Products and White Oak Custom Carpet has acquired Mountain Rug Mills and Spinning Wheel Rugs in Hendersonville, N.C. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen AIP and White Oak’s capabilities in the manufacture of luxury carpet for the general aviation industry, a CAP official said.
