B-Tex Inspection Machine, BIM – BB+RR is a perfect and reliable tool for detecting fabric defects and incorrect sizes for all types of Fabric in Batch to Batch Form. This is most used technology today used to inspect the fabric from Big-Batch Form, where fabric is feed through Big-Batch using Axial Un-winder and Delivered again in Big-Batch form. Big-Batch Trolley is joined with Axial Un-winder through a Cardin Joint on Both Feed and Delivery. E+L Edge Guider is used to guide the fabric and maintain Centre line to deliver crease free compact Batch Rolls. It can be used for grey, Semi-Finish and finish fabric inspection, and if desired fabric can also be feed through Roll or Fold Form. Also BIM-BRR can be equipped with PLC and Data Logging Systems for inspection report generation.
