Summary:
Textile manufacturers at present depend on human efforts to randomly examine the fabric by naked eyes. Due to human factors such as carelessness or physical exhaustion, defect detection by human labour is usually uncertain and unreliable. Textile manufacturers also made an effort to use some other fabric inspection systems, but those systems were not able to meet the industry needs. Safeguarding quality in the fabric production becomes a great challenge to the industry.
