We are sourcing cotton yarn from the mills having advanced technology and spinning units that have been recognized for their Excellency in export quality yarn. We take utmost care while selecting the suppliers to maintain the quality. We strictly adhere to the quality policy of the organization thus enabling us to serve our clients without any complaints. We can source the following 100% cotton yarns: 20s- 60s in Single counts and in double count in carded, combed and compact for knitting as well as for weaving (Ring spun Technology) 6s-20s in Open End Technology. To source the above mentioned yarn, we deal with the leading yarn spinners in India. Soma Textiles, Jawahar Sahakari Soot Girni, R.M. Mohite Textiles Ltd. are just to name a few. We also are domestic sourcing agents for some leading Merchant Exporters having their office setup in Mumbai. We give special preference to the packing of goods, and see to it that all the yarn that we export is packed in Sea worthy cartons. We also see that the net weight of each carton is 45.360 kgs so we can fit 445 (Approx) carton per 40” container. Where the carton packing is not available/possible, utmost care is taken to see that the yarn is packed in HDPE bags and is properly packed and the bags have proper labeling. We also see to it that before the goods are dispatched we ourselves physically inspect the goods to avoid the defects in the yarn, thus ensuring defect less yarn. Our office is situated in the heart of yarn market in Mumbai, thus we get the updates instantly with regards to the yarn markets. Also we have a very strong back office staff that can efficiently handle the export documentation and is well aware of the export policies and the procedures. We have a setup of all the modern communication devices like the telephone, facsimile, and the internet, thus ensuring timely communication and fast service. As we have our own warehouses where we can stuff the containers, we are also in a position to supply a containers stuffed with 2 or 3 different varieties of yarns, thus orders for small quantities can also be easily attended to, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
